Chair Yoga
“Chair” is yoga without having to lie down or kneel; you won’t need to get up from or down to the floor. It’s a combination of standing and sitting, but don’t be fooled: It’s a real yoga class with real benefits!
Chair yoga increases flexibility, strength, and body awareness. When standing poses are included in a Chair yoga class, the chair is used to help with and improve balance. Chair yoga may also include pranayama breathing techniques and meditation to promote focus, mental clarity, and relaxation

Flow & Strengthen Fusion
A dynamic yoga class that combines the fluidity of traditional yoga with the engagement of light weights. This all-level class is designed to enhance strength, improve flexibility, and elevate mind-body connection.
Whether a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll be guided through a series of sequences incorporating light weights to empower your practice. Expect to build muscle, increase endurance, and deepen your body awareness—all while moving harmoniously with your breath.
If you feel unsure about the class, give it a try. I can make any necessary modifications to accommodate your body and practice. One size doesn’t fit all.
